Talent Management Intern

You will be part of building India's first Creator Accelerator & Premium Talent Management Company. As a Talent Management Intern, you will have the opportunity to grow with the company and gain valuable insights into the influencer marketing industry. Key Responsibilities: - Assist talent managers in onboarding, managing, and coordinating with influencers & creators. - Research and identify rising creators & trends on Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms. - Support campaign execution by negotiating, tracking deliverables, and reporting results. - Help curate the perfect talent for campaigns & brand collaborations. Qualifications Required: - Passionate about social media, pop culture, and influencer trends. - Active on Instagram/YouTube and up-to-date with trending topics. - Curious, proactive, and eager to learn quickly. - Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
