Talent Leader - PE/VC Firm

Reporting directly to the Managing Director and collaborating closely with the investment team, you will be responsible for recruiting exceptional individuals across various functions such as growth, engineering, product, data sciences, and more. Your key responsibilities will include building strong relationships with founders, proactively identifying top talent for anticipated roles, and contributing significantly to the hiring of leadership positions within the portfolio companies.
