Talent Leader - Growth VC Fund

The organization is a leading Growth investment fund based in Bangalore with a strong track record of investing in tech-first organizations for over a decade. As part of the growth of their portfolio, they are seeking to hire a seasoned executive search professional to join their team. Reporting to the Managing Director and collaborating closely with the investment team, you will be responsible for sourcing top talent for the portfolio companies across various functions including growth, engineering, product, data sciences, and other key areas. You will establish and nurture relationships with founders to proactively build a talent pipeline for anticipated roles within the year.
