Our AI identifies and qualifies top candidates, and your role is to bring in the human element - engaging with qualified candidates, completing the human screening process, and ensuring they're seamlessly submitted to hiring managers. You'll also reconnect with candidates who haven't started or completed their AI screening - guiding them to complete the process and ensuring no qualified talent is left behind. This role is not about sourcing, targets, or commissions. It's about impact - improving how technology and people work together to create a faster, fairer, and more human hiring experience. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with candidates automatically identified and qualified by our AI system through thoughtful, human-led screening conversations. - Personally validate every qualified candidate and move them forward efficiently through the hiring process. - Follow up with candidates who haven't started or completed their AI screening - guide, motivate, and assist them to complete it. - Maintain clear, consistent, and empathetic communication throughout the candidate journey. - Collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and informed transition of validated candidates. - Share insights from candidate interactions to improve our AI-human recruitment flow. - Contribute ideas to continuously enhance candidate experience and platform efficiency. Qualifications Required: - A tech-comfortable communicator with a Bachelor's degree (preferably in a technical or engineering field). - Excellent verbal and written communicator who values clarity and engagement. - Organized, disciplined, and proactive - you ensure every candidate is followed through. - Excited to work in a fast-paced, AI-driven recruitment environment that values growth and collaboration. - Motivated by impact, purpose, and innovation - not by incentives or traditional recruiter commissions.
