To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 7-12 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of leading complex projects and programs. Experience in managing third-party vendors, utilizing learning technologies, and digital learning channels is essential. Your key skills should include effective communication, interpersonal relationship-building, presentation/facilitation, senior stakeholder management, project management/agile, instructional design, problem-solving, ownership of strategic projects, procurement understanding, coaching/leadership, influence, risk management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
