Job Description

Role Overview: As an Instructional Design Specialist in the Talent & Organization (T&O) team of S&C Global Network at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients from various industries in Learning Design and Development, Change Management, and HR Transformation. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating innovative learning strategies and solutions, facilitating organizational change, and ensuring a smooth transition process. Your contributions will be pivotal in shaping the workforce of the future. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the client team to understand business problems, devise solution approaches, and oversee the design, development, and delivery phases. - Conduct Training Needs Analysis to formulate the training curriculum. - Create detailed content outlines aligned with the curriculum. - Establish design standards, guidelines, templates, and checklists for the learning solution. - Engage with internal and client stakeholders to craft effective training deliverables. - Review training materials to ensure adherence to project quality parameters and industry standards. - Identify and communicate risks to Project Leads/Functional Manager, proposing solutions or mitigations. - Coach instructional designers and content developers, offering constructive feedback to enhance their skills. - Introduce innovative learning strategies into the solution, leveraging expertise in instructional design and industry trends. - Utilize proficiency in design/rapid authoring tools like Articulate, Captivate, Lectora, Camtasia, SAP Enable Now, and WalkMe. - Work in a problem-solving global environment with cross-cultural competence, demonstrating strong interpersonal and writing skills along with business acumen. Qualification Required: - Graduation/Post-Graduation in any specialization, preferably Journalism, Mass Communication, English Literature, Advertising, or Public Relations. - Desired work experience of 6+ years in content development and instructional design. - Extensive experience in developing, reviewing, and delivering various training modalities such as Instructor-Led Trainings, Web-Based Trainings, application simulations, job aids, and quick reference guides. - Experience in leading and coaching small teams independently.
