Job Description

As a Talent Consultant- Supervising Associate at EY, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Talent agenda for a business unit in EY GDS. Your main responsibilities will include being the key point of contact for employees, counselors (managers), and business unit leadership on various talent-related matters. You will drive and implement the engagement agenda, work closely with other team members, and provide change leadership to increase workforce capability and talent management. Your role will involve building a deep understanding of business unit direction and Talent-related topics to ensure the successful implementation of key projects and processes. Your Key Responsibilities will include: - Supporting the Strategic Talent Consultant in designing a sustainable and scalable engagement framework for the business unit and taking ownership for delivery - Providing support to business leaders and counselors in the implementation of engagement initiatives across the business unit - Anticipating issues and needs within the business unit and addressing them effectively - Providing insight on people issues, particularly Employee Relations (ER) cases within the business unit - Ensuring all necessary people management and development activities are delivered professionally and effectively - Executing innovative HR programs - Ensuring resolution of HR-related issues within the given timeline - Facilitating change and supporting the implementation of special projects and initiatives in the business unit - Ensuring compliance with local regulations and managing risks Skills And Attributes For Success: - Strong business acumen and commercial awareness - Ability to engage and influence others - Strong client focus and the ability to build good relationships with multiple stakeholders - Strong Employee Relations experience - Ability to work with ambiguity and build consensus across diverse groups To qualify for the role, you must have: - Graduate or postgraduate qualification in a Business or Human Resource discipline - 6-8 years of proven HR generalist experience - Relevant working experience in delivering/managing talent initiatives Ideally, you'll also have: - Experience working in a consulting organization or similar professional services environment - Experience working in a cross-border, virtual environment In addition to the role-specific requirements, EY offers a dynamic and truly global delivery network where continuous learning, transformative leadership, and a diverse and inclusive culture are embraced.
