Talent Connector Senior Analyst

As a Talent Connector Senior Analyst at Accenture, your role involves improving workforce performance and productivity, boosting business agility, increasing revenue, and reducing costs. You will be responsible for End to End Recruitment experience in the Domestic/International Market. This includes developing an understanding of the talent market, proactively searching for qualified candidates, building a list of potential candidates, and generating market intelligence insights to fill job openings efficiently. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree with a specialization in HR - Minimum of 1 year of job experience working in large teams and serving clients - Minimum of 2 years of recruiting work experience - Excellent communication and selling skills - Proficiency in written and spoken English or Spanish; bilingualism is a plus - Ability to deliver work on time with high quality - Passion for delivering hiring commitments on time and within agreed Service Levels (SL) while ensuring optimal levels of productivity capacity utilization Key Responsibilities: - Liaise with Hiring Managers and Human Resource Business Partners (HRBPs) - Understand hiring demand fulfillment priorities and receive requisitions for job profiles in the client's applicant tracking system (ATS) - Utilize past sourcing channels, start date schedules, and local resource support to fill positions quickly - Post job requisitions to effective channels using vendors as directed by the client - Deploy current client branding strategies consistently across locations - Leverage insights from analytics apps to enhance sourcing effectiveness and advise the client's Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (CoE) - Manage recruitment process aspects such as sourcing, processing exceptions, and candidate disposition - Ensure completion of onboarding forms and background checks - Achieve required Service Levels and monthly demand fulfillment targets across client operation locations - Ensure quality customer satisfaction by facilitating requisitions and required approvals from client Hiring Managers - Monitor automation processes for continuous improvement - Brainstorm and highlight ideas for process enhancement - Be prepared to travel as per business needs As a Talent Connector Senior Analyst at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in driving recruitment success and contributing to the overall workforce excellence of the organization.,
