Role Overview: As a Talent Connector Analyst at Accenture, your primary responsibility will be to improve workforce performance and productivity, boost business agility, increase revenue, and reduce costs. You will be an End-End recruiter who is responsible for sourcing, screening roles, and engaging with stakeholders. Your tasks will include developing an understanding of the talent market, proactively searching for qualified candidates, building a list of potential candidates, and generating market intelligence insights to fill job openings.
