Talent Champion (Recruiter)

IFIN Global Group is seeking talented and proactive Talent Champions to join our organization in Hyderabad. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment life cycle for a variety of critical positions. Your ability to identify and engage top talent, along with your proactive management of talent pipelines, will be crucial in strengthening our sourcing capabilities during this exciting growth phase.

You will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment for various critical roles, using proactive headhunting and strategic talent pool management to enhance our hiring success.

Main Responsibilities

* Drive the end-to-end recruitment life cycle with high quality and ethical standards.

* Build and maintain talent pools of experienced candidates.

* Proactively source and network with talent in the sustainability and climate change sectors.

* Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

* Enhance our employer brand across social media platforms.

* Manage recruitment operations including job postings, interview scheduling, and technical test coordination.

* Act as a brand ambassador to attract top-tier talent.

Requirements:

* University degree

* 13 years of recruitment experience (preferably in an agency setting).

* Proficiency in proactive sourcing via social media and other channels.

* Strong expertise in hiring for Java Fullstack, C++, Data Science, Analytics, Big Data, Business Intelligence, SRE, DevOps, and Cloud Engineering roles. OR working for Global Banks and Financial Institutions in the relevant areas for Non IT roles

* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

* Ability to build relationships easily and work independently or as part of a global, interdisciplinary team.

* Adaptability, curiosity, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
