Role Description:

This is a remote role for a Talent Agent for Actors. The Talent Agent will be responsible for managing and developing the talent roster, facilitating casting opportunities, and negotiating contracts. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining excellent communication with clients, negotiating deals, and driving sales efforts to secure roles for actors.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with casting directors, producers, and other industry professionals.

Negotiate contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring favourable terms and protecting their interests.

Identify and pitch suitable talent for various roles, leveraging a keen eye for matching actors to opportunities.

Stay updated on industry trends and upcoming projects to proactively source opportunities for clients.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in talent management, casting, or a related field in the entertainment industry.

Strong network within the Mumbai film and television industry.

Excellent negotiation skills and familiarity with contractual clauses as they apply to talent representation.

Strong Communication and Client Service skills

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Ability to work independently and remotely

Fluency in English and Hindi; additional languages like Marathi or Gujarati are a plus.
