Key Responsibilities:

• Support the HR team in managing end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions across portals and social media.
• Maintain candidate database and update recruitment trackers.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment drives.
• Provide a positive candidate experience through effective communication.
• Assist HR team with any ad-hoc recruitment projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, recent graduates who have talent acquisition tool knowledge can apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in HR, recruitment, and people management.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with LinkedIn or other professional networks is a plus.
