Talent Acquisition Trainee

Omni Bridge is hiring Talent Acquisition Trainee — an excellent opportunity to launch your HR career in IT recruitment!

Duration: 5 Months — First 2 months unpaid (training), next 3 months paid ₹10,000/month stipend.
Outstanding performers have an opportunity to get converted to a full-time role.

Location: On-site (Mon–Fri, Sat & Sun off)

Must-Haves:

• Strong English communication skills
• Basic knowledge of IT technologies
• Engineering graduates moving to HR or IT professionals transitioning to HR are most welcome!

Role Highlights:

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment: job postings, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling
• Use LinkedIn, job boards & social media to attract top talent
• Maintain candidate databases & ensure a great candidate experience
• Collaborate with hiring managers & support employer branding

Requirements:

• Degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field .
• Interest in IT recruitment & HR
• Strong communication, organizational & multitasking skills
