Sr. Graphic Designer

As a Senior Graphic Designer at our Pune location, you will be responsible for leading the visual design process for learning solutions, creating high-quality graphics, UI elements, layouts, and animations for digital learning products. Your role will involve ensuring visual consistency, brand alignment, and accessibility compliance across all designs. Collaboration with instructional designers, developers, and project managers will be key to translating content into engaging visuals. Your experience of 10+ years in graphic design, preferably in eLearning, along with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and animation tools will be essential to excel in this role. You will be developing design standards, templates, and style guides to streamline visual production, providing creative direction to junior designers, and staying updated with design trends and e-learning technologies to enhance visual output. Additionally, your responsibilities will include conducting design reviews, participating in user experience discussions to improve interface usability and learner engagement, managing multiple design projects, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A degree in Graphic Design or related field is required for this position.
