Talent acquisition trainee

You will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates using various methods such as online platforms, social media, networking, and job boards. Your role will involve evaluating resumes, conducting interviews (phone, video, in-person), and assessing candidate skills and experience. Additionally, you will work on onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company and provide necessary support and resources. Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers, internal stakeholders, and external candidates will be a key aspect of your job. You will collaborate with HR and management to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals. Furthermore, you will contribute to the development and promotion of the company's employer brand to attract top talent. Your responsibilities will include tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics to identify trends, improve processes, and optimize candidate sourcing efforts.
