Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle recruitment, with an in-depth understanding of technical and non-technical hiring needs, especially within the oil & gas and manufacturing domains. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding, across technical and non-technical roles. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop proactive recruitment strategies. Source qualified candidates using a variety of channels (LinkedIn, Naukri, headhunting, referrals, etc.). Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical rounds. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical positions. Collaborate with HR and business teams on employer branding initiatives. Maintain recruitment dashboards and metrics for reporting to senior leadership. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Support process improvements in talent acquisition to drive efficiency and quality of hire. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5 to 12 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the oil & gas or manufacturing sector. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and tools. Proven experience in hiring for mid to senior-level technical roles. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS), MS Office, and recruitment analytics. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
