Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at SquadStack, you will be responsible for leading and managing the recruitment process for non-technical roles. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - **End-to-End Recruitment**: You will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for non-technical roles, starting from sourcing candidates to onboarding them. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent requirements and implement customized recruitment strategies. - **Sourcing & Pipeline Management**: Utilize various channels to attract high-quality candidates and develop a robust candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Proactively engage with passive candidates to build relationships. - **Screening & Shortlisting**: Review resumes and applications to screen candidates based on skills and experience. Coordinate with hiring managers to shortlist candidates who meet the necessary criteria. - **Closing Positions within TAT**: Ensure timely fulfillment of all open positions, focusing on both speed and quality of hire. - **Offer Negotiation & Closing**: Collaborate with hiring managers on compensation packages, manage the offer process, negotiate offers, and effectively close candidates. - **Reporting & Analytics**: Track key recruitment metrics, provide regular updates to stakeholders on candidate progress, and pipeline status. - **Market Research & Trend Awareness**: Stay informed on recruitment trends, salary benchmarks, and industry best practices. Provide insights to hiring managers on market trends and competitor hiring practices. - **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with HR and Talent Acquisition team members to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing. Assist with employer branding initiatives to attract top non-technical talent. **Skills & Qualifications**: - 1-3 years of experience in recruiting for non-technical roles such as sales, marketing, HR, operations, customer service, BPO, etc. - Full-cycle recruiting experience from sourcing to onboarding. - Strong understanding of hiring strategies, candidate sourcing techniques, and interview methodologies. - Experience in BPO hiring is a plus. **Skills**: - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Strong negotiation and closing skills. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities. - Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. **Tools & Technologies**: - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting tools. - Proficiency in Google Workspace. - Experience with recruitment marketing platforms and social media tools. **Education**: - Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
