As a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Inhouse Recruiter specializing in Non-IT roles (Sales, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Product, Operation) at NetCom Learning, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support our diverse teams. Additionally, you will conduct initial interviews, coordinate interviews with hiring managers and team members, ensure a seamless interview process, provide feedback to candidates, negotiate job offers, and finalize employment terms. It will be essential to maintain up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system to streamline the recruitment process. The ideal candidate for this role should hold a Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and possess at least 2 years of recruitment experience, with expertise in Non-IT hiring.
