As a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Inhouse Recruiter specializing in Non-IT roles (Sales, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Product, Operation) at NetCom Learning, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support our diverse teams. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and developing effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain qualified candidates. You will work closely with hiring managers to create recruitment plans, source diverse candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks, and screen resumes to identify candidates with the required technical skills and cultural fit. Additionally, you will conduct initial interviews, coordinate interviews with hiring managers and team members, ensure a seamless interview process, provide feedback to candidates, negotiate job offers, and finalize employment terms. It will be essential to maintain up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system to streamline the recruitment process. The ideal candidate for this role should hold a Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and possess at least 2 years of recruitment experience, with expertise in Non-IT hiring.
