About the Role

nurses and technical hospital staff

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for nurses, paramedical, and technical hospital staff.
Partner with hospital departments to understand manpower requirements and build talent pipelines.
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through multiple channels (job portals, social media, referrals, campus, agencies).
Conduct competency-based interviews and ensure alignment with hospital standards.
Develop and maintain a strong network in the healthcare talent market.
Guide, train, and supervise a small team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational recruitment policies.
Maintain hiring dashboards, reports, and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate/PG in Human Resources or related field.
3–10 years of proven recruitment experience in the
healthcare/hospital sector
.
Strong understanding of nursing and technical staff roles, skill requirements, and industry practices.
Excellent sourcing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead and mentor a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Based in Bangalore and open to
work from office (Indiranagar)
