As a Talent Acquisition Specialist IT in our Chennai team, your role is crucial in sourcing high-quality candidates across various technology domains. Your strong stakeholder management skills will be put to use as you manage the end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding. Key responsibilities include understanding technical job requirements, coordinating with hiring managers, and sourcing candidates through various platforms. You will also be responsible for screening resumes, conducting initial HR/technical screening calls, scheduling interviews, negotiating salaries, and ensuring smooth candidate onboarding. Maintaining recruitment trackers, updating hiring reports, and building a strong pipeline of IT talent are also part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding) - Understand technical job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers - Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and references - Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical screening calls - Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders - Negotiate salary, roll out offers, and ensure smooth candidate onboarding - Maintain recruitment trackers and update hiring reports regularly - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT talent - Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment - Strong understanding of technical roles (Developers, Cloud, Database, DevOps, etc.) - Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously - Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills - Good knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting Additional Company Details: - Industry Type: IT-Hardware & Networking / IT-Software / Software Services - Work Location Type: Work from Office - Face interview location: Ekkattuthangal, Chennai 600032 Note: The company values experience in HR Policies & Governance, knowledge of compliance, documentation, HR process standardization, exposure to audit processes, and internal HR controls as added advantages.
