Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with potential and existing clients. Understanding client needs and recommending the most efficient and cost-effective solutions. Achieving and exceeding sales targets across various product segments, including FCL (Full Container Load) sales, LCL consolidation, Air freight, Breakbulk, and project cargo. Preparing quotations and proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Contributing to the development and implementation of sales strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Build and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients - Understand client needs and recommend efficient solutions - Achieve and exceed sales targets for various product segments - Prepare quotations, proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals - Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies Qualifications Required: - Experience in the Freight Forwarding Industry - Experience in Field Sales, Business Development, and key account management - Knowledge of shipping, freight forwarding, logistics, and supply chains - Ability to frame a Sales Plan - Proven sales success in previous teams and organizations - Background predominantly in business development - Experience working within a high-growth multi-cultural environment - Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, etc.) No additional details of the company were provided in the job description.
