Job Description

Key Responsibilities: • AI Integration in Recruitment: Leverage AI-based recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., chatbots, resume screening software, predictive analytics) to enhance talent sourcing and screening processes. Stay updated on the latest AI advancements and innovations within talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment strategies. Collaborate with HR technology teams to implement and optimize AIpowered solutions in recruitment workflows. Sourcing and Candidate Engagement: Utilize AI tools and platforms to source candidates across multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and databases. Enhance the candidate experience by using AI chatbots for initial communications, interview scheduling, and answering frequently asked questions. Build and maintain relationships with passive candidates using AI-driven engagement strategies. Candidate Screening and Assessment: Apply data analytics and AI insights to streamline the screening process and make data-driven hiring decisions. Data-Driven Recruitment: Analyze data collected from AI tools to track recruitment metrics, improve sourcing strategies, and ensure diversity and inclusion goals are met. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and use AI tools to identify the best-fit candidates. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on AI in talent acquisition, providing guidance to the team on best practices and future trends. Continuous Learning & Development: Keep up with the latest industry trends in AI, talent acquisition, and recruitment technology. Qualifications: • Experience: 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, with at least 6 Months of experience using AI tools and technologies in hiring processes. Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred). o Certification or training in AI technologies or AI-powered recruitment tools is a plus
