Primary Skills: Talent Acquisition, Headhunting , Linkedin Location : Greater Noida 6+ years of experience Job Description: IT Recruiter with 5+ years of experience The selected candidate will support ASEAN region and must be comfortable working in ICT working hours . 5 days working from office Key Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. Prior exposure to ASEAN region is required like - Malaysia, Singapore , Manila and Hong Kong Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams Key Responsibilities: Strategic Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies tailored to the ASEAN region, considering local market dynamics and cultural nuances. Sourcing and Recruitment: Conduct proactive sourcing activities, utilizing various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals) to identify and attract top talent. Candidate Engagement: Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging experience throughout the recruitment process. Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting and screening to interviewing, offer negotiations, and onboarding. Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and talent pool dynamics within the ASEAN region. Talent Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for key roles, proactively engaging with potential candidates. Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand their needs and ensure successful recruitment outcomes. Data Analysis and Reporting: Track key recruitment metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve recruitment processes. Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and company policies. Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including candidates, hiring managers, and other HR professionals. Skills and Qualifications: Experience: 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on the ASEAN region or similar international markets. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other ASEAN languages is a plus. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Cultural Acumen: Strong understanding of cultural differences and sensitivities within the ASEAN region. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve recruitment challenges effectively. Organization: Strong organizational and time management skills. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a specific industry sector within the ASEAN region Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations in the ASEAN region.
