About The Opportunity
We are hiring a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full-cycle recruitment for high-impact roles across engineering, product, design and go-to-market functions. You will operate remotely, partner closely with hiring managers, and use modern sourcing and ATS workflows to deliver an outstanding candidate experience while meeting time-to-hire and quality-of-hire goals.Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles: create job briefs, source, screen, interview, and close candidates with a focus on quality and time-to-fill.
- Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job portals and passive sourcing channels to create pipelines for critical roles.
- Coordinate interviews and assessments, synthesize feedback, and drive hiring decisions with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Own offer processes and candidate negotiation to ensure smooth acceptance and onboarding handover.
- Maintain and optimize ATS workflows and candidate pipelines; ensure data hygiene, reporting, and recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness).
- Contribute to employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives to strengthen long-term talent pipelines.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment in India with measurable outcomes (volume and/or niche hiring).
- Proficiency using ATS platforms and recruitment tools; experience with Greenhouse or equivalent is preferred.
- Demonstrable sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques.
- Strong stakeholder management: ability to consult with hiring managers and drive recruitment priorities to closure.
- Track record in offer negotiation and candidate closing with a focus on candidate experience.
- Comfortable working remotely with strong organization, data-driven reporting and ownership of hiring metrics.
Preferred
- Experience hiring across engineering and product roles at startups or scaleups.
- Familiarity with Indian job portals (Naukri/Indeed) and campus hiring processes.
- Certification or training in recruitment, sourcing or talent acquisition frameworks (advantageous).
