Role Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes and ensuring the acquisition of top talent for the company. Your role will involve conducting bulk hiring drives, handling multiple client requirements, and utilizing your expertise in database hiring. Additionally, you will be expected to possess strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to work from the office in Hyderabad. Key Responsibilities: - Conducting bulk hiring drives and managing multiple client requirements - Utilizing database hiring experience to acquire top talent - Possessing strong communication skills and leadership qualities - Handling headhunting activities for additional recruitment opportunities - Learning and adapting to new technologies to enhance recruitment processes Qualifications Required: - 2-5+ years of experience in talent acquisition - Good communication skills - Strong leadership skills - Experience in SAP hiring is an added advantage - Ability to handle multiple client requirements - Experience in bulk hiring and database hiring - Headhunting experience would be an added advantage Additional Details: The company offers increments for every year of service and incentives in addition to the salary.
