Job Summary:

Recruiter Bulk Hiring

Key Responsibilities:

Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for bulk hiring (non-tech / frontline / support / BPO roles).
Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, internal databases, referrals, social media, and walk-ins.
Schedule and coordinate large-scale
interview drives
, job fairs, and campus hiring.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and organizational fit.
Collaborate with hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and ensure timely closures.
Maintain an active candidate pipeline to meet immediate and future hiring demands.
Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports and dashboards.
Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–4 years of experience in
bulk hiring / volume recruitment
.
Hands-on experience with sourcing and screening tools (e.g., Naukri, Shine, Indeed, LinkedIn).
Experience in conducting walk-ins, job fairs, or field recruitment is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet aggressive hiring targets.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred.

Nice to Have:

Prior experience in industries like
BPO, logistics, healthcare, or staffing firms

Knowledge of local hiring markets and sourcing strategies
