Role Overview The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes across key business functions such as marketing, supply chain, operations, customer experience, and sales. This role requires a proactive and strategic recruiter with experience in fast-paced startup or e-commerce environments. Key Responsibilities Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for non-technical and business roles Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles Proactively source candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job portals, internal referrals, and professional networks Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates, ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience Coordinate and schedule interviews, feedback collection, and offer roll-outs Maintain accurate hiring data and reports using the ATS or recruitment tracker Support employer branding efforts through social hiring, job descriptions, and candidate engagement strategies Monitor market trends and talent availability to adjust sourcing strategies accordingly Requirements 3–4 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a high-growth startup or D2C/e-commerce environment Proven experience hiring for non-tech business roles such as marketing, operations, supply chain, and customer experience Strong sourcing expertise, including Boolean search and LinkedIn recruitment Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously Experience with ATS platforms is preferred Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in a consumer goods, retail, or D2C company Understanding of startup hiring dynamics and agility What We Offer Opportunity to work closely with a passionate leadership team in a rapidly growing brand Dynamic and collaborative work culture Competitive compensation and performance-based incentives Learning and career growth opportunities in a high-impact role If you’re passionate about building great teams and want to be part of a growing consumer brand, we’d love to hear from you.
