Job Description

As a Recruiter, your main responsibility will be to source and recruit US Citizens, Green Card holders, GC EAD, H4 EAD, H1B, CPT, OPT, L2 EAD visa holders. You should be an expert in sourcing H1B Transfer & CPT, OPT candidates and possess good knowledge of various IT technologies in the market. It will be crucial for you to contact references of consultants, validate their experience, and maintain good relations with existing technical staff to get references of highly skilled consultants. You must be self-motivated with a high level of energy to make/receive approximately 100 calls a day. Your role will involve conducting preliminary interviews, scheduling technical interviews with Recruiting Managers, and sourcing technical talent using outside contacts and the internet. Additionally, scoping out candidates from various angles and utilizing different sourcing plans and tools like phone screens and social media research will be essential to find prime hires. An important aspect of your job will be to identify hot technologies in the market and keep abreast of changing technology preferences. You should have a clear understanding of the skill sets of consultants and be able to explain them to your teammates. Having knowledge of visas and the immigration process, as well as educating consultants on these matters, will also be part of your responsibilities.
