Talent Acquisition Partner

Location: Sector 2, Noida (Work From Office, 5 Days a Week)

Company Overview: MyOperator is a market leader in cloud-based call management solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team. This role is critical for scaling our organization by attracting and retaining top-tier talent.

Position Summary: The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from strategy development to successful onboarding. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing both technical and non-technical hiring processes within a high-growth environment.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to identify and attract top talent across IT and non-IT functions.
  • Leverage a diverse range of sourcing channels, including job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter), professional networks, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates for both skills and cultural alignment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a professional and positive experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Effectively manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (Zoho Recruit).
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions, understand specific requirements, and provide recruitment insights.
  • Generate regular reports on key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source-of-hire.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition.
  • Proven experience recruiting for a SaaS, Product, or Software company is mandatory.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing methodologies.
  • Proficiency with modern recruiting tools and ATS platforms (Zoho Recruit or similar).
  • Strong understanding of development tech stacks and IT roles.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate offers effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of requisitions and adapt to changing priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
