Job Summary :-

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional in Talent Acquisition/Non-IT Recruitment to lead and guide our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, mentoring recruiters, and ensuring timely and quality talent acquisition aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
• Ensure compliance with hiring policies, company standards, and labor laws.
• Conduct regular training, feedback sessions, and performance reviews for the recruitment team.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and recruitment platforms.
• Drive employer branding initiatives and enhance the overall candidate experience.

Requirements :-

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 1–5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on Non-IT roles.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, recruitment tools, and analytics.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to manage a team and deliver results in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Demonstrated success in strategic hiring and talent acquisition initiatives.
