As a Senior/Lead Technical Recruitment, you will play a crucial role in leading the full life cycle technical recruiting process for roles such as AI Software Engineering, Data Science, and SAP. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the full-cycle recruitment team and process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding. - Supporting and building strategies for hard-to-fill roles. - Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, define role requirements, and craft compelling job descriptions. - Developing and executing creative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier, diverse talent. - Delivering data-driven insights to continuously refine search direction, improve conversion rates, and enable faster, better decisions. - Championing a world-class candidate experience, acting as a thought partner to senior level candidates navigating multiple high-stakes opportunities. - Collaborating with leadership to align hiring strategies with business goals. - Maintaining accurate candidate records and supporting employer branding initiatives. Qualifications required for this role include: - 8-12 years of full life cycle technical recruiting experience. - Good experience with INDIA, USA, EMEA, Colombia hirings. - Strong understanding of various work Visas. - Experience recruiting in an early-stage startup environment. - Ability to interface with all levels of the organization with respect and diplomacy. - Deep experience with sourcing tools, Boolean searches, and building high-conversion pipelines. - Passion for the candidate experience. - Ability to support business leaders effectively while managing multiple priorities. - High energy, growth mindset, and positive attitude. - Ability to adapt to change and anticipate talent needs. - Strong problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills for a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment.
