Roles and Responsibilities

  • * Lead the talent acquisition process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of top talent.
  • * Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract, select, and retain high-performing candidates in a fast-paced B2C environment.
  • * Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends, optimize processes, and improve candidate experience.
  • * Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop job descriptions, interview questions, and evaluation criteria.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • * 3-5 years of experience in inside sales or business development with a focus on talent acquisition.
  • * Proven track record of success in headhunting or recruiting top performers for B2C roles.
  • * Strong understanding of the internet industry landscape with knowledge of relevant technologies and trends.
