We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a IT Recruiter. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for potential candidates within the IT sector. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and help facilitate the hiring process. This requires strong organizational and multitasking skills, as well as the ability to switch between strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Building strong relationships with candidates and Team Lead/ Manager/ clients and delivering results will be crucial to success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  1. Utilize job boards to source potential candidates, screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates and conduct interviews.
  2. Collaborate with team members on various recruiting projects and initiatives, develop and maintain relationships with candidates/ Managers/ clients to understand the hiring and company culture
  3. Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various positions by utilizing recruitment tools and platforms, and conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural fit, ensuring a good fit for both the client and the candidate.
  4. Implement and refine recruitment processes and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, while resolving any conflicts or issues within the team to ensure a collaborative working environment.
  5. Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet client needs and achieve targets, while collaborating with Managers to align these strategies with company goals.
  6. Ensure that recruitment services meet or exceed client expectations by managing the delivery of candidates and recruitment projects, while addressing any issues or challenges that arise and finding solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
  7. Negotiation skill.
  8. Maintain candidate databases and keep track of active and passive candidates and provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities, performance metrics, and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors/ Post Graduation degree.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Understanding of basic technical concepts.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in a recruiting career.
