Talent Acquisition Intern

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment and hiring process within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various open positions. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Support the Talent Acquisition team with administrative tasks such as maintaining candidate databases and tracking applicant progress. Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the company and attract potential candidates. Assist in the preparation of recruitment materials and job postings. Provide a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and feedback. Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition. Qualifications: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
