Role & responsibilities We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition (TA) professional to lead and manage recruitment for our Client's dealer network across India . This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring timely hiring of quality manpower at our dealerships especially for Service (Diploma/ITI technicians) and Sales functions. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment for dealer manpower across functions such as: Service operations (Technicians, Service Advisors – ITI/Diploma qualified) Sales (CV Sales Executives, DSEs) Engage with dealer HR and management teams to forecast, plan, and fulfill manpower requirements. Collaborate with internal HR, regional teams, and dealer development departments to align hiring strategy. Build and manage a network of local staffing vendors to ensure cost-effective and timely hiring . Conduct and coordinate pan-India hiring drives , walk-ins, and campus recruitment from technical institutes and ITI colleges. Track recruitment metrics, prepare monthly dashboards, and provide management insights. Develop talent pipelines for future demand , including apprenticeship programs, referral programs, and partnerships with skill development institutions. Support dealers in improving recruitment practices, onboarding, and early attrition control. Experience: 12–18 years in Talent Acquisition or Dealer HR/Development, preferably in: Large staffing/recruitment firms handling bulk/frontline hiring Automobile OEMs (Dealer Development, Network HR, or TA roles) Must Have Skills: Proven experience in volume hiring for technicians and frontline sales Strong understanding of dealer operations in the automotive industry Ability to manage recruitment across diverse geographies and cultures Excellent stakeholder management, reporting, and coordination skills Ability to travel as needed
