Role & responsibilities Establishing a US staffing firm focused on Non-IT sectors like Healthcare, Construction, Manufacturing, Finance, Legal, and Retail Etc. Were hiring a Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive client acquisition and growth across the US. Responsibilities: Generate leads and build relationships in Non-IT industries in the US. Proven Track record bringing clients very soon. Engage with US-based decision-makers (HR, Plant Managers, Controllers, etc.). Understand client needs for Non IT roles Work with recruiting teams to ensure timely candidate delivery. Negotiate contracts and pricing. Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets Requirements: 310 years of US Non-IT and IT staffing BD experience. Fiercely independent candidate who can set-up the entire process. Analyze and bring clients where closures and billing happens Strong understanding of Construction, Manufacturing, Finance, etc. Familiarity with VMS/direct client models. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Bullhorn. Ability to work independently during US hours.
