Talent Acquisition (Fresher)

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Fresher to join our HR team. This role is perfect for someone who wants to build a career in HR and recruitment, with exposure to end-to-end hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Support in employer branding and campus hiring drives.
• Collaborate with the HR team on various recruitment-related tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and coordination abilities.
• Quick learner with a proactive approach.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
