As a member of our team at GrowthX, you will be part of a profitable company that has secured the largest seed round in the world, backed by 212 angel investors. Our products are trusted by over 4,000 operators and leaders from renowned companies such as Apple, TikTok, Spotify, Slack, Netflix, Zoom, Google, Swiggy, and Microsoft. Your key responsibilities will include candidate sourcing, where you will utilize various platforms to attract candidates while maintaining a focus on both quality and quantity. You will also be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish, which includes screening, interviewing, and coordinating with relevant departments. Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and maintaining accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate pipelines will also be part of your role. Collaboration with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide timely updates will be essential. To excel in this role, you should possess exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Proven experience in hiring for non-tech roles is a must, along with a minimum of 1+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition. Having a background in building teams within a startup environment will be advantageous. Please note that this is a 3-month contractual role.
