Job Description
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the complete hiring lifecycle. The role requires strong sourcing skills, coordination with clients, and timely closure of positions while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end to end recruitment from sourcing to offer closure Understand hiring requirements from clients and internal teams Source profiles through job portals referrals and social media Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases Ensure timely hiring and target closures
