Senior Executive Social Media Marketing (Gaming)

Job Brief:

If you spend your evenings in intense Dota 2 battles, scoring goals in FIFA, or clutching rounds in Counter-Strike and also love strategizing impactful social campaigns, this role is for you.

In this role, you will be responsible for building our gaming presence and brand community online by launching engaging campaigns across social platforms such as Meta, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, YouTube, and more. You will conceptualize, execute, and analyze creative strategies to foster a vibrant and loyal gaming community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and execute social media campaigns aligned with brand and business objectives
• Manage daily social media operations across all key platforms including Meta, X, Instagram, and YouTube
• Develop creative content ideas including posts, reels, videos, memes, and collaborations that resonate with the gaming audience
• Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and community feedback to optimize strategy
• Engage with followers, influencers, and gaming communities to build brand affinity and engagement
• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics and campaign ROI
• Stay updated on emerging digital trends, gaming culture, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably within the gaming, tech, or youth lifestyle industry
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and digital campaign management
• Strong interest in gaming with a genuine passion for gaming culture
• Excellent communication, creativity, and storytelling skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with tight deadlines
