Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair hardware issues in notebooks and desktop computers, including mainboards, displays, memory, storage, and power components
• Perform warranty and non-warranty repairs and upgrades following manufacturer standards
• Provide expert support to end users, resellers, and internal teams for technical escalations
• Document all repair work, service cases, and parts usage in the service management system
• Share technical feedback and identify recurring issues to support product improvement
• Deliver product training sessions to service partners, resellers, or end users
• Assist with root cause analysis of complex issues and prepare detailed technical reports
• Stay up to date with product releases, service bulletins, and technical updates

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field
• 4 to 5 years of experience in hardware repair and technical support for laptops and desktops
• Strong knowledge of diagnostics, component-level repair, and use of tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and soldering equipment
• Familiarity with warranty processes, RMA handling, and service documentation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Experience in delivering technical training is a strong plus
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple service requests efficiently
• Manufacturer certifications such as HP, Dell, or Lenovo are an added advantage
