Role Overview

Talent Acquisition Executive (Recruiter)

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates for

  IT and Non-IT roles

  using

  job portals, LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Internshala

  , and referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct first-level telephonic discussions, and coordinate interview schedules.
• Manage

  end-to-end recruitment cycle

  for technical (IT) and business/support (Non-IT) positions.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and track hiring progress.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical & non-technical requirements and deliver quality talent.
• Contribute to

  employer branding initiatives

  to strengthen our presence.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience

  (freshers with HR internships are welcome).
• Familiarity with hiring for

  IT profiles (developers, tech support, etc.)

  and

  Non-IT profiles (sales, operations, marketing, HR, etc.)

  will be an advantage.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a

  fast-paced, startup-style environment

  .
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic knowledge of job portals.
• Passion for
