Role & responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Manage

    end-to-end recruitment

    for multiple roles across functions and levels within the real estate domain.
  • Develop and execute

    effective hiring strategies

    to meet manpower requirements within defined timelines.
  • Source candidates through various channels including

    job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies, and networking

    .
  • Screen, evaluate, and shortlist profiles based on job requirements and organizational fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule

    interviews, assessments, and feedback sessions

    with hiring managers.
  • Drive

    offer negotiations, onboarding, and joining formalities

    for selected candidates.
  • Maintain and update

    recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports

    for management review.

Preferred candidate profile

Real Estate Candidates are only prefferable
