Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Manage job postings and track recruitment metrics
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions
  • Maintain recruitment data and reports
  • Support employer branding initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies and procedures

Preferred candidate profile

  • Masters degree in Human Resources,
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to assess candidate skills and cultural fit
  • Proficiency in ATS and job portals
  • Good negotiation and offer-management skills
  • Time-management and multitasking abilities
