Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Executive - Recruiter, based in Vadodara. The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, managing offers, and onboarding new hires. The role also involves building and maintaining employer branding strategies, collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process. The individual will focus on recruiting for various roles, primarily in IT, and will be required to communicate effectively both internally and externally.

• Knowledge of US Recruitment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related field
