  • Partner with business leaders & hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
  • Source talent via job portals, social media, referrals, campus hiring & headhunting.
  • Screen, interview & shortlist candidates as per role requirements.
  • Drive offer negotiations, onboarding & joining formalities.
  • Maintain

    recruitment MIS, dashboards & reports

    for management.
  • Ensure

    TAT adherence

    and deliver a seamless candidate experience.
  • Contribute to

    employer branding initiatives

    to attract top BFSI talent.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies &

    IRDAI guidelines
