As a Talent Acquisition Delivery Lead at HSBC, your role is crucial in leading team leaders and recruiters to meet the business Demand Plan and integrate recruitment practices into the broader Enterprise Talent strategy. Your responsibilities include: - **Team Leadership:** Lead and mentor a team of leads and recruiters to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture. - **Demand Plan Fulfillment:** Ensure effective fulfillment of the Demand Plan by working across the service delivery model. - **Source Mix Management:** Manage and optimize sourcing channels to ensure a diverse and qualified candidate pool. - **Stakeholder Engagement:** Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates to ensure service excellence and satisfaction. - **Enterprise Talent Transformation:** Lead transformation and change focusing on continuous improvement and service excellence. - **Financial & Budget Management:** Drive cost discipline aligned with centralized recruitment FRP. - **Compliance and Governance:** Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards. - **Performance Monitoring:** Track and analyze recruitment metrics to align talent acquisition with business growth objectives. - **Continuous Improvement:** Identify process enhancement opportunities and implement best practices for recruitment efficiency. - **Reporting and Analysis:** Interpret recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement and align talent acquisition with business growth objectives.
