Junior Talent Acquisition Associate

end-to-end talent acquisition

You will work closely with senior recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a smooth and professional hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Screening

• Support sourcing of candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
• Perform initial resume screening against job requirements
• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews (L1/L2/AI/Client rounds)

Candidate Management

• Act as the first point of contact for candidates during the hiring process
• Share interview guidelines, assessments, and follow-ups
• Maintain a positive and professional candidate experience

Recruitment Operations

• Update and maintain candidate data in the ATS
• Track interview feedback and hiring status
• Support offer rollouts, documentation, and joining formalities
• Ensure recruitment trackers and reports are updated regularly

Stakeholder Support

• Work closely with senior TA members and hiring managers for open positions
• Assist in coordination with recruitment vendors (where applicable)
• Support campus or volume hiring drives when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 6 Months – 2 years of experience in recruitment / HR (internships included)
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and hiring lifecycle
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Comfortable using MS Excel, email, and job portals
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Good to Have

• Exposure to IT / Consulting / Analytics hiring
• Familiarity with ATS or recruitment tools
• Experience coordinating interviews or hiring drives
• LinkedIn sourcing exposure
