You will be responsible for establishing standards, policies, and procedures for ETL-related activities, ensuring data movement, quality, and cleansing. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, DBAs, and system administrators, will be essential in this role. To excel in this position, you should possess a 4-year degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in ETL tools, specifically Talend. A solid understanding of RDBMS concepts, especially related to MSSQL and Oracle, is required. Strong verbal and written communication skills, collaborative abilities, and a self-starter mindset are key attributes for success in this role.
